We use the paid tier of the Gemini API, governed by the Google APIs Terms of Service together with the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service. Under those terms, Google does not use prompts or responses submitted through the paid tier to improve or train its models, and does not subject them to human review. Google retains limited logs for abuse detection and legal compliance only.
Data sent to AI providers is governed by that provider's own terms of service and data usage policy. We select AI providers based on their data handling practices and, where available, use tiers or configurations that contractually commit providers not to use submitted data to train or improve their models.
